In the interest of a more inclusive mining industry, our training program for women specializing in scaffolding has had exciting moments during the last period, in which 17 women were certified in a ceremony accrediting their training in areas including safety for working at heights, scaffolding assembly techniques, and interpretation of plans and risk prevention, among other related key topics in their professional development. Our program also allows them to take part in a process to join the company, keeping in line with efforts to generate new professional opportunities for women in the mining sector. We are confident that the women who have participated in this program will be a great contribution to the mining industry, contributing to its growth and development in a professional and responsible manner.
